Our licensing allows us to print shirts and apparel using UGA trademarks for students, staff members, faculty, departments, UGA organizations, and clubs. Whether you need shirts for a club event, department swag, or a campus-wide campaign, we can produce them — the right way.

All orders using The University of Georgia's name or trademarks must go through the UGA trademark approval process. This ensures every design meets UGA's brand standards before it's printed.

Design Your Concept

Work with our art team to finalize your UGA design — or send us your own artwork. We'll prepare the files for submission.

Complete the UGA Approval Form

Fill out the UGA Trademarks Approval Form. We'll provide the art approval form from our art department to include with your submission.

Submit to UGA Trademarks Office

Send the completed form to trademarks@uga.edu. You must receive approval on your end before we can submit to our licensing partner.

Approval & Production

Once approved, send the signed form back to us. If changes are requested, we'll revise and resubmit. After final approval, we print.

Everything You Need to Order

Order Minimums

24-piece minimum for custom screen printing and embroidery (same design). No minimum for Digital Printing orders. Mix and match any garment style — t-shirts, sweatshirts, polos — as long as the total hits 24 pieces with the same design.

Apparel Brands

We stock all major brands: Comfort Colors, Hanes, Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Badger, C2, Shaka Wear, Champion, and more. Don't see what you need? Browse S&S Activewear or contact us — we can source almost anything.

Customer-Supplied Garments

You're welcome to supply your own garments, but contact us first. We don't offer the same guarantees on customer-supplied items, can't replace them if a printing issue occurs, and cannot accept them for Digital Printing orders.

Maximum Print Sizes

Screen Printing — Adult: 12" × 16", Youth: 10" × 14", Sleeve/Pocket: 3.25" × 16". DTG — Adult: 13" × 18", Youth: 10" × 14", Sleeve/Pocket: 3.5" × 3.5". We cannot print oversized designs.

Ink Colors

40+ standard in-stock screen-printing ink colors. Need something specific? We custom-mix just about any color. Digital Printing offers unlimited color options, though exact Pantone matching is more difficult with Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology.

Photographic Prints

Digital Printing can reproduce full-color photographs without limitation. Photographic images are generally not recommended for screen printing — send us your image and we'll advise on the best method.

Mixing Shirt & Ink Colors

Mix shirt colors freely while keeping the same ink color — black ink on green, blue, and yellow shirts is no problem. A $15 ink-change fee applies per ink change. No additional per-color charges for Digital Printing.

Samples

We stick to the 24-piece minimum for screen printing, but can produce samples using Digital Printing. Our Direct-to-Film (DTF) prints may look and feel slightly different from screen printing. You'll receive an electronic proof to approve before any printing begins.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required before we start any custom order, with the balance due on pickup or before shipping. We'll send an invoice and you can pay online by credit card or electronic check.

Cancellation Policy

You have a 24-hour grace period to alter your order. After that, a $50 minimum cancellation fee applies (more if artwork has been prepared), plus manufacturer restocking fees on garments (typically 20%).

Turnaround Times

Standard screen printing: 7–10 business days. Rush screen printing: 3–5 business days (additional charge, subject to availability). Digital Printing (DTF): typically 48–72 hours. We cannot guarantee same-day or next-day printing.
