For orders under 24 pieces, or designs with many colors, DTF (direct-to-film) printing is typically cheaper because there are no per-color screens to prepare.

Is there a minimum order for custom apparel?

Screen printing and embroidery each have a 24-piece minimum. DTF (direct-to-film) printing has no minimum — you can order a single custom shirt. This makes DTF ideal for samples, one-off gifts, and small batches before committing to a larger screen printing or embroidery run.

How is embroidery priced?

Embroidery pricing is based on the blank garment cost, the stitch count (which determines machine time), and the quantity ordered.
