Turnaround
Standard screen printing runs 7–10 business days from proof approval. Digital Printing orders using Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology are typically ready in 3–5 business days. Turnaround begins once your proof is approved and payment is settled.
Yes. Rush production (3–5 business days) is available subject to current capacity and carries a rush fee. Contact us as early as possible so we can hold a press slot for your job.
You'll receive a digital proof within 1–2 business days of submitting your order. Production does not begin until you approve the proof, so quick approvals keep your timeline on track.
Print Methods
Digital Printing uses Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology and is ideal for smaller quantities, full-color designs, photos, gradients, and detailed artwork. Screen printing is most cost-effective for runs of 24+ pieces with a limited number of solid ink colors.

Yes. For screen printing we mix Pantone-matched inks — provide the PMS codes with your artwork. Digital Printing reproduces color from your digital artwork using Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology.
Order Minimums
Screen printing has a 24-piece minimum per design. Digital Printing has no minimum — single pieces and small runs are welcome.
Yes, as long as the combined quantity meets the 24-piece screen-print minimum and the print artwork is the same across all garments. Different print locations or artwork require separate setups.
We provide a digital proof on every order. Physical Digital Printing samples can be arranged at the standard Digital Printing price. Please note that Digital Printing using Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology may look and feel slightly different than screen printing.
Pricing & Artwork
Pricing is based on the blank garment cost, total quantity, number of print locations (front, back, sleeve), and the number of ink colors per location. Use the quote tool on any product page for an instant estimate.
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for screen printing. High-resolution PNG or JPG (300 DPI at print size) also work. Digital Printing accepts raster files including full-color images.
